Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Program Development and Implementation

Understanding what actions to take and how to implement effective programs is critical to the success of any effective EDI program. Advance Principle Consulting has worked with clients to develop programs that are specific to their industry, organizational culture, and stage in their EDI journey, producing programs that are actionable and effective. Program development includes understanding your organization and it’s specific needs as with as the organizations goals and desired outcomes, resulting in a program that is aligned with your organization and one that outlines not only the actions and initiatives, but also resources, timelines, and considerations for implementation.

Intersectional Analysis, Including GBA Plus

With extensive experience in project management, Advance Principle Consulting has worked with client organizations to apply intersectional analysis, including Gender Based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus), to their projects and programs. Using an approach to equity analysis that considers both the spectrum of project stages and the range of project stakeholders, effective intersectional analysis-thinking is embedded throughout the project or program. We can work with your team on a specific project, or help providing training and develop tools such as a guideline that is specific to your organizations project delivery model to embed equity analysis competencies within your project team(s).
